Become a Patient
Are you ready to be treated like the unique individual you are? To get the concierge medical care you deserve, the first step is to request your complimentary meeting with Dr. Adam Possner.
Concierge primary care at North Bethesda Primary Care is perfect for busy professionals or any adult looking for timely access to high-quality, personalized medical care. Our membership is priced to be accessible to the greatest number of people possible.
Step 1: The Complimentary Meeting and Signing Up
Potential patients will meet with Dr. Possner, either in person or virtually, to learn more about how our membership-based medical practice works. This 30-minute complimentary meeting is intended to help determine whether you and the doctor are a good fit for one another. If so, you will be invited to enroll in the practice and sign up for our patient portal.
Furthermore, you’ll be asked to fill out forms so we can get records on your behalf. Patients are also provided the doctor’s cell phone number for use in urgent situations that cannot wait until regular business hours.
Step 2: The First Physical
Your first medical appointment, which is a physical, will be scheduled for approximately eight weeks after you enroll. This allows Dr. Possner time to schedule your appointment (we only do 2 physicals per day, to allow time for urgent issues and follow-ups) as well as to obtain and review outside records. At that appointment, Dr. Possner will thoroughly review your medical history with you, as well as conduct a physical exam and draw blood for laboratory analysis. The first appointment typically lasts one to two hours. Dr. Possner will provide you with a summary of findings from that appointment, and the two of you will decide on a regimen of care.
Thereafter, you simply message the doctor via the patient portal as questions or health concerns arise or, if you have an urgent issue, call (301) 941-4414.
